All HDR applications must be submitted to the doctoral school to which the candidate wishes to be attached. By choosing the HDR committee of a doctoral school, the candidate, after obtaining the HDR, will automatically be attached to EDCSV. The composition and operation of this committee have been validated by the UGA Scientific Council.
If a researcher who already has an HDR but who is not attached to this doctoral school wishes to become one, he or she will be asked to submit a detailed CV mentioning his or her past supervisions, together with a letter explaining why he or she wishes to be attached. Their application will then be examined by the ED's HDR committee and by the Doctoral College's CD3 commission.
