Validation of Training Courses

As an indication, you can consult the summary table of the number of hours generally granted. This table should give you an idea of how hours are allocated, it is not exhaustive and can be adapted to each situation.

Validation of training is done directly on your ADUM account.

Two cases are possible:
>> your training is part of the ADUM catalog = it is the person in charge of the training who manages the validation (remember to answer the satisfaction questionnaire)
>> your training is not part of the ADUM catalogue, you just have to connect to your ADUM account and go to your personal space under training outside the catalog and:
  • fill in the title of the module,
  • fill in the hourly volume,
  • download the certificate of attendance in PDF format only.
This system will allow you to follow your course as closely as possible, directly in your ADUM profile, namely the types of training you have taken and the number of hours allocated.
>> Caution! No training can be validated without certification.
To be valid, a certificate must mention:
  • your first and last name,
  • the title of the training,
  • the dates and the hourly volume of the training.
If no certificate is provided to you at the end of the training, you must complete and have the training manager sign a course form.
Special cases:
For training courses set up by the EDMSTII, the names of the participants and the attendance lists are sent directly by the teacher to the ED. There is no need for a certificate.
Employees, CIFRE thesis students and doctoral students with a teaching mission will be allocated their training hours at the end of their 3 years of thesis. No proof is required in these specific cases.
