If your application is accepted by the Doctoral School, you will receive a message about this. But you still need to register with the Doctoral School (pedagogical registration) followed by administrative registration with the Doctoral College's Registrar's Office.

Take these steps quickly, so that you don't miss out on essential information about the start of your doctoral studies.

After receiving the email indicating that your thesis application has been accepted:

Pedagogical registration

• Connect to your ADUM space
• Fill in your profile (each tab) helped by your supervisors if necessary
• Download the training agreement (convention de formation) sign and have the thesis advisor and the laboratory supervisor sign
• The dematerialized doctoral charter to be signed electronically remains in ADUM. It is up to your advisor to sign it from his ADUM space

Be carefull, the circuit of signatures can take time, be sure to respect the deadlines of registration.

• Send the training agreement to the ED with a copy of the proof of funding (employment contract or scholarship certificate) unless you have obtained a doctoral contract from the ED.
• The ED will process your file and forward your registration authorization to the tuition department of the Doctoral College which will contact you by e-mail for the rest of the procedure.

Administration registration at the Université Grenoble Alpes via the Doctoral College (CED)

The CED Tuition Service will contact you for an appointment for your registration, payment of university fees and withdrawal of the student card at the Maison du doctorat- Bâtiment MJK, 110 rue de la Chimie -38400 Domaine Universitaire de Saint-Martin-d'Hères.
As long as you have not received an email, your registration is not finalized, you do not have the status of doctoral student and you won't receive any emails from your doctoral course. Don't delay!
