Doctoral resigration

1st registration in thesis - Pedagogical registration :

After receiving the email indicating that your thesis application has been accepted:
  • Connect to your ADUM space
  • Fill in your profile (each tab) helped by your supervisors if necessary
  • Download the training agreement (convention de formation) and doctoral charter
  • Sign and have the thesis supervisor and the laboratory supervisor sign
Attention the circuit of signatures can take time, be sure to respect the deadlines of registration.
  • Send the two signed documents to the ED with a copy of the proof of funding (employment contract or scholarship certificate) unless you have obtained a doctoral contract from the ED.
  • The ED will process your file and forward your registration authorization to the tuition department of the Doctoral College which will contact you by e-mail for the rest of the procedure.

Administration registration at the Université Grenoble Alpes via the Doctoral College (CED)

It is the University that collects the registration fees and issues the student card each year.

The CED Tuition Service will contact you for an appointment for your registration, payment of university fees and withdrawal of the student card at the Maison du doctorat- Bâtiment MJK, 110 rue de la Chimie -38400 Domaine Universitaire de Saint-Martin-d'Hères.
As long as you have not received an email, your registration is not finalized, you do not have the status of doctoral student.
